What we collect

Phone calls: when you call the number on this site, the call is routed through a call-tracking provider to our partner call center. Your phone number, the time and duration of the call and the page you called from may be recorded, and calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Information you share on the call is used to connect you with a contractor in your area.

Approximate location: to show you whether we serve your area, our hosting provider determines an approximate location (city, state, ZIP) from your IP address. We do not store your IP address for this purpose. ZIP codes you type into the checker are processed in your browser.

Server logs: our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and performance.

How we share information

We share the information you give on the phone with our call center partner and the contractor you are matched with so they can contact you and provide a quote. We do not sell your personal information for any other purpose.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. It may store your approximate city in your browser’s session storage to personalize the page during your visit.
